Techno Exponent Celebrated its 12th Foundation Day

Techno Exponent celebrated its 12th foundation day on 9th April at Novotel Kolkata. The event was graced by our C-level executives including our CEO & cofounder Mr. Sabysachi Saha, director & co-founder Mr. Avoy Debnath, Vice President Mrs. Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, CTO Mr. Michael Collins along with our esteemed clients Jan De Smith & Bobak Tavanger and all the teams of Techno Exponent including the project managers, team leads, developers, QA testers, HR executives, UI/UX designers, sales & digital marketing professionals. 

We celebrated our remarkable journey from an ambitious startup to a leading IT company. We took a stroll down memory lane and revisited some of the highlights of the past 12 years. From working on innovative projects to bagging prestigious awards and expanding our team of experts, we glimpsed how we raised the bar of excellence.

Our foundation started with hot cups of coffee and visionary speeches from our leaders Sabyasachi Saha, Avoy Debnath, Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, and Michael Collins. They took us 12 years back and told us about Techno Exponent’s humble beginnings. They also shared the company’s vision, plans, and strategies that will shape our future endeavors. 

Announcing our new headquarter

There was a palpable sense of curiosity and excitement when our CEO Mr. Sabyasachi Saha announced our new head office at Imagine Tech park, Kolkata. The news left everyone eager about the bright future that awaits ahead of us at our new headquarters. This hub will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the company’s future growth and success.

The anchors of the event hosted a brilliant quiz game which gave a thrilling experience to the crowd. The game was based on riddles where the audience had to guess the name of public figures and celebrities. It kept everyone thinking, and the person who gave the correct answer received a trophy as a reward.

Our celebration came to a delightful pause when we treated our guests and ourselves to an exquisite lunch buffet. It was a gastronomic extravaganza featuring various dishes from the Indian palate. We enjoyed the opportunity to bond with our guests over the shared joy of delicious food.

Post lunch, we resumed our event with a heartwarming group photo session. Each team came up to the stage with a smile and capture the moment of togetherness. 

Inspiring chat session with the anchor 

The event turned more engaging when our esteemed leaders Sabyasachi Saha, Avoy Debnath, Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, and Sudipto Adhikary were invited on stage for a chat session with the anchor Anwesha. They answered all the questions eloquently by candidly sharing their experience and knowledge with us. 

Thought-provoking panel discussion

Our leaders and esteemed clients engaged in a panel discussion where they delve into the fascinating realm of artificial intelligence. A huge part of the discussion revolved around how ChatGPT, a conversational AI model is transforming numerous industries. The panelist shared their perspective on how AI & ML is reshaping the world as we know it. 

Awarding the best

The event came to an end with an award ceremony that recognized our best teams for their outstanding contributions towards our growth. These awards were presented in various categories and the winning teams received a great round of applause for their exceptional performance. And to motivate the employees to perform better, the award categories for next year were also announced.
