Techno Exponent Celebrated Its 14th Foundation Day

On April 14, 2025, Techno Exponent once again gathered its entire family under one roof at Novotel Kolkata to mark an extraordinary milestone—its 14th Foundation Day. The celebration was filled with cheerful spirits, heartfelt moments, and sincere recognition. But this year, we added a few fresh chapters to our story.

The day began with a sense of pride and unity. The auspicious lamp lighting ceremony was attended by the Techno Exponent leadership team, marking the start of an eventful day. This ceremonial moment was followed by the national anthem led by Sukanya Mukherjee, one of our digital marketing team members, just like last year, setting a tone of respect and togetherness.

Our respected leaders — CEO and Co-founder Mr. Sabyasachi Saha, Director and Co-founder Mr. Avoy Debnath, Vice President Mrs. Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, and CTO Mr. Michael Collins — along with other dignitaries, graced the occasion. The presence of every department—team leaders, project managers, HR executives, designers, QA testers, and the digital marketing team—made it a true celebration of people.

His wit and humour brought refreshing energy to the room. More than just an anchor, RJ Somak became the voice of the celebration, leading the award ceremony and interactions with key members.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was a candid and engaging session with Sabyasachi Sir, Avoy Sir, Jyoendrisa Ma’am, and Adwitiya Ma’am (Senior HR Generalist). The twist? All the questions were anonymously submitted by the employees of Techno Exponent. The spontaneity, the humor, and the honest answers brought roars of laughter and applause.

The HR and QA teams were also applauded for their consistency, collaboration, and support in driving team synergy throughout the year.

This year brought a fun new quiz: recognizing colleagues by their childhood photographs. This delightful segment was anchored by our Vice President, Mrs. Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, and Integrated Delivery Manager, Ms. Anwesha Saha.
