Our client's approach to the online ride-booking platform is noted. The first demand was an on-demand taxi booking app that covers everything from online booking to accepting or rejecting rides. Super admins hold access to the entire enterprise. They control the website comprehensively and manage all accounts of the users and drivers. With the authority to take required actions whenever needed, they supervise the active/native staff.
Payment is negotiated and settled between the customers and drivers with a direct chat system. The payment settlement is done once the service is booked by the customers.
Sub admins manage the car details, intricate car types, and functions of all other performances related to smooth ride booking. They manage drivers' sheets, customer sheets, and programming, and look after the report of each ride.
The price is negotiated between the customers and drivers. Here customers can suggest a rate as per their convenience of the ride and the drivers can counter it accordingly and come to a settlement.
