ScopeOut is a real estate investment data-driven software built by Techno Exponent. It helps the users in analyzing the important aspect of real estate location. It is dedicated to gathering and analyzing the real estate household demographic and crime data across the US. Here, the users can fill in their details and can choose a free trial to test the service. There is a subscription package for users who want to continue the services. This web app is built by using React.js technology. The developers have built the web app with an aim through which the user can get exact map locations of the given property and can also contact the agent directly from the info provided.

Lifeforce Health

Lifeforce is a doctor's appointment booking platform with a voice and video calling system just like Zoom. Techno Exponent has built this web app by using React.js technology where medical practitioners from different disciplines can log in by providing a mail ID and password. Furthermore, patients can choose their preferred practitioners & services according to their preferences. Also, a user can type specific needs in the search bar and choose their preference with a time slot while booking.

Additionally, it has an integrated payment system directly connected to doctors' bank accounts, so it's a very promising platform for doctors as well.

Airpass

The Airpass app is a CASA-certified application designed to comply with drone flying rules in Australia. Techno Exponent used MapboxGL for this web app, and GeoJSON is stored in S3. The three types of users( Recreational, Commercial Excluded, REOC). After selecting the user type and a location on the map, the system calculates the coordinates and shows if a drone is restricted, blocked, or safe in that location. Using the pre-programmed rules at the backend, the system calculates this. The technical term used by the developers of Techno Exponent are-

Techno Exponent built a next-gen SaaS-based marketing platform with the aim of offering a smooth buying and selling experience. We used React Js and ContextAPi in its front-end, and in the backend we used Laravel. MySql is the database and used libraries, packages or third-party integrations are aws-sdk, stripe/react-stripe-js, stripe/stripe-js, socket.io-client, ffmpeg, react-share, emoji-picker-react, intro.js, intro.js-react, lodash, react-elastic-carousel, react-giphy-searchbox, react-trix, react-trix-rte,react-webcam, react-youtube, xlsx, use-screen-recording and video recording(custom)

Sign in option is there on the main page that one can enter after giving the personal details. Users can use “ Screen share video” option for sharing the screen-recorded videos. Using “ share images ” ,users will enjoy easy sharing different images. For presentation purposes, YouTube videos could be used as well. The built-in live chat feature in every video link page can be used for direct communication with buyers or sellers.
